Why can't I log in? Are there any compatibility issues?

Swapin works with all device types and browsers as long as you are using the most recent, updated version. In case you are unable to log in, make sure to check the following points:

  1. Try with a different or updated version of your browser (e.g. Chrome) and device.
  2. Disable any plug-ins which might block your access to the app (e.g. VPN).
  3. Make sure you are using the right link or app to log in: on the Web App please enter your registered email address and password at our Log in page.
  4. Clear your cache/cookies.
  5. Do you have any autofill options enabled? If so try disabling it, maybe the wrong login credentials are saved.
  6. Disable the private/incognito mode of your browser.
