Exchange rates depend on the product you are using.
SwapinGet and SwapinBuy products use a floating exchange rate, updated every 3 minutes. SwapinPay product uses an exchange rate fixed for 30 minutes for each transaction.
Exchange rates are displayed on your transaction details in the Swapin App.
