SwapinBuy allows you to buy Bitcoins, Ethereum, and other crypto directly from your bank account. Currently, we support SEPA payments, with more payment methods coming soon. As a non-custodial solution, Swapin doesn’t hold your funds. So, once you send fiat, it will be converted to crypto and deposited into your Metamask, Trust, or other crypto wallet, typically within minutes.
How does SwapinBuy work?
The transaction process can be summarized as follows:
Start a new SwapinBuy transaction within the Swapin App.
Send fiat to a provided IBAN.
Swapin converts the fiat to the cryptocurrency.
Swapin transfers the cryptocurrency to a provided wallet address.
Funds are successfully deposited into the crypto wallet.
As a non-custodial solution, Swapin ensures the safety of your funds. For each payment, you send the required amount of fiat to Swapin, and we process the transaction within minutes.

Making a SwapinBuy Transaction
Let's walk through the process step-by-step.
Step 1: Sign in and navigate to SwapinBuy
Log in to your Swapin account.
Scroll to the SwapinBuy section and click on 'Buy crypto.'
Step 2: Enter Bank Details
Now you can see a new transaction window. Fill in the transaction details:
Enter the amount of fiat you want to spend.
Choose the currency (currently supporting EUR only).
Select the crypto you want to receive in your crypto wallet.
You'll also see the exchange rate we're using. Please note that the exchange rate is floating, meaning the final amount of crypto you receive may be updated based on the exchange rate at the time we receive your fiat and convert it to crypto.
Next, choose the wallet network, ensuring it matches your wallet.
Enter the wallet address where the crypto will be sent.
Click the "Continue" button.
Step 3: Transfer Fiat
Now, you'll be on the funds transfer screen. Here are the details for a bank transaction. Copy these details and use them in your banking app to pay for your crypto.
If you are an individual customer verified as Basic or Full or a business customer with any verification level, and you are from EEA or Switzerland, Swapin provides you with a dedicated IBAN for buying crypto. This means, you'll be sending money to an IBAN issued in your name, which won't raise any red flags for your transaction, ensuring a smooth experience. Please ensure that your verification data on your bank and the Swapin App are the same, with both accounts registered in your name. Additionally, make sure to use the provided reference code for your bank transfer; this is crucial for your transaction to be executed seamlessly.
Once you transfer funds to the provided IBAN, click 'Continue.'
Step 4: Waiting for Fiat
Now, Swapin is awaiting the receipt of your fiat.
If your bank account supports Instant SEPA, it will take just a couple of minutes. In other cases, it may take about 1 business day. You can use this IBAN checker link to verify any IBAN for supporting instant SEPA payments.
Step 5: Fiat Recieved
Once your fiat arrives, Swapin will convert it to crypto and send it to the provided wallet.
Step 6: Transaction Completed
Once crypto hits the provided wallet, the transaction status will be updated as 'Completed', and the process is done!
