How do I get a voucher?
There are various ways to get Swapin vouchers:
Welcome Voucher: You will receive this voucher upon successfully completing the verification process as a new Swapin customer.
Rewards Voucher: If you're participating in the Swapin rewards program and share your referral links to invite others to Swapin, both the referred customer and you will earn vouchers once the new customer begins using the platform.
Promo Vouchers: These vouchers are shared by Swapin team via email during promo campaigns.
Keep an eye on your email notifications for vouchers. Make sure that Swapin emails are not landing to your spam folder, and stay updated with our announcements.
Which Swapin products accept vouchers?
Currently, vouchers can exclusively be applied to SwapinPay transactions. They are not applicable to SwapinGet transactions.
How to apply a voucher to a SwapinPay transaction?
Follow these steps to apply a voucher:
Step 1: Sign in and navigate to SwapinPay
Log in to your Swapin account.
Scroll to the SwapinPay section and click on the "Make Payment" button.
Step 2: Enter transaction details
Fill in the necessary transaction information:
Enter the amount of EUR you intend to send.
Select the cryptocurrency you wish to use for payment.
Indicate whether the payment is for yourself or someone else.
Choose the beneficiary type (individual or business).
Enter the beneficiary's name.
Provide the beneficiary's SEPA bank account IBAN.
Enter the beneficiary's address.
Include a payment description/reference.
Click the "Continue" button.
Step 3: Apply the voucher
Now, it's time to apply your voucher. Click "Apply Voucher" button. You will find a list of available vouchers to redeem.
If you know a promo code, enter it into the provided field.
After selecting the voucher you wish to redeem, click "Redeem" button. The new fees will be automatically calculated.
You can also remove the voucher by clicking on “Remove” button in case you want to.
